Terms of Service

By accessing or using LazyFix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

LazyFix is a procrastination accountability tool that helps users track problems, estimate cost of delay, and close open loops. It is designed to motivate action, not replace professional advice.

To use LazyFix, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Free Plan: Includes access to basic problem tracking with limited features.

Pro Plan: Includes unlimited active problem tracking. Current categories, streaks, stats, reminders, share links, leaderboard access, and insights are available on both Free and Pro unless we clearly say otherwise in the app.

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually unless cancelled before the renewal date. Until a self-serve billing portal is available, contact support to manage or cancel your subscription.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant LazyFix a limited license to store and display it to you and generate anonymous aggregated statistics for the community leaderboard.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or data
• Interfere with proper operation of the Service
• Submit unlawful, offensive, or rights-violating content
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service

Cost estimates are informational and motivational only. They do not constitute financial, medical, legal, or professional advice.

LazyFix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address.
